About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to help shape the candidate and internal product experiences across our digital platforms. You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to build performant interfaces, polished workflows, and reliable web applications that scale with our infrastructure business.
In this role, you will lead frontend architecture decisions, contribute to reusable component systems, and ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across key product surfaces. You will also mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering best practices for delivery speed and quality.
What You'll Do
- Translate product requirements and design systems into production-ready frontend experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable UI components, state management patterns, and reusable frontend architecture.
- Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs, improve loading performance, and reduce frontend technical debt.
- Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent design behavior across web products and internal tools.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend tooling.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and browser behavior.
- Experience collaborating with product and design teams in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset for mentoring, reviewing code, and improving team processes.
