Project Overview

The MM Driver License Online Payment system aims to replace the traditional in-person payment process at government offices with a seamless digital solution. Citizens can renew or apply for driver licenses from their mobile devices, track application status in real-time, and make secure payments through local Myanmar payment gateways. The platform was designed with accessibility in mind, supporting multiple payment methods and providing a bilingual interface to serve Myanmar's diverse population effectively. The Solution

We built a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter that connects to a secure Laravel backend API. The app integrates directly with Myanmar's government license database and multiple local payment gateways including KBZ Pay, Wave Money, and CB Pay. Role-based access control ensures proper authorization for applicants, officers, and administrators. The backend was designed for scalability with a MySQL database and RESTful API architecture, ensuring reliable performance during peak usage periods.
